It can be as simple as buying yourself a flower or taking a walk at lunch but do just that one thing for you and see how you feel. Then ask yourself why you have been denying yourself happiness for so long cause the truth is most of us do. We get so wrapped up in the details of life and in following the path that seems to be set in stone before us that we forget that life is so much better if we are enjoying it.
