Being stuck in some routines is a quick road to nowhere. I have spent a few years working in a very well meaning organization that is so entrenched in "The Way We Do Things" that they were not moving forward at all. I love the women that have dedicated themselves to the cause we support but it is time to shake things up. Energy comes from excitement and who can get enthusiastic about the same old same old.
Well I have been pushing to bring some new ideas and new members into the organization and I think that we have finally decided that next year will not be a repeat of this year and the year before that... Not that all the things should be changed but the possibility of changing things up will be addressed and hopefully the organization will become vibrant once again.
The same thing can happen to people. We are so stuck in our current routine and circumstance that we can't see how we can possibly fit another thing in. We are tired and disillusioned and keep plodding along in a ho hum way because that is what we have always done. I would like to suggest that you can still dream and revitalize yourself through changing your circumstances. Taking on a part time career might seem like the last thing you need but I am asking you to consider what you can gain.
Mary Kay offers so much to women! You can work your business however you want to. You will get the training and support you need to do it your way. You will meet so many wonderful women who are working to bring their own dreams to reality. You will find energy will be generated as you really start to share the wonderful products with other women. Soon you will be wondering why you ever believed that you did not have time. because the rewards of working this business are so many.
