Fourth I LOVE the commission I earn as a consultant! We gross 50% of everything we sell in Mary Kay and with the option of team building. When you recruit other consultants the company will send you a percentage of what they sell. This does not reduce the new consultant's commission at all, by the way.
Fifth I LOVE the women I have met and continue to meet! The customers are usually fun and happy at facials and events after all this gives them some ME TIME and we all need that. My fellow consultants and directors are all exciting, interesting women who enrich my life every day.
Sixth I LOVE that you can do it your way! Work a little, work a lot. It's up to you. There are no minimum number of classes you must hold. You decide where you want to take your business and can adjust it to fit your life.
